Each of our bi-monthly romance boxes include but are not limited to; an exclusive and illustrated special edition by Sonny Book Box, multiple exclusive art prints, an art page overlay insert, a signed author bookplate, a personalized author letter by the author, a collaboration card, a large custom Sonny scrunchie, and a mini couple candle. Bookish goods and swag in each box may be susceptible to change dependent on each drop. Each box is made in close collaboration with each of our favorite authors.
We are a bi-monthly book box. We release a new book box and collaboration every two months. This does not include any of our Special Boxes, Anniversary Boxes, and any other Event Boxes that may release at anytime.
No. There are no subscriptions or waitlist for our book box. We are a live drop sale and limited pre-order box. Each box will be available to purchase on the announced sale day and time. Sale details are posted and found on our social media [Instagram and Facebook Group]. Our Facebook Group receives early access to our boxes. Our author collaborations are limited and exclusive.
We like to feature a diverse mix of books within the romance genre. This includes but is not limited to: dark romance, taboo, thriller, mystery, mafia, contemporary, small town, cowboy, age gap, sport, dark academia, gothic fantasy, romance fantasy, paranormal, and much more.
Yes. Since boxes are limited we are not allowing the purchase for multiple boxes. It is one box per person. If we see multiple orders for one person [i.e using multiple false names, accounts, identity, and multiple addresses] we will automatically cancel your order. We reserve the right to cancel your entire order, any pending orders, and will ban you from purchasing from us again.
At this time we do not reprint any of our boxes. Once a box is sold out, they will not return. They are available for a limited time only.
Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping rates is provided by USPS for our website. All rates will be calculated and provided during checkout. We are not responsible or liable for how they ship the boxes. We are not responsible for any import and VAT fees. The customer is responsible for all import and VAT fees. If the box is returned to us due to lack of payments of VAT/customs, the customer is responsible for VAT/customs and reshipment fees. If the box is returned to us, via return to sender for any reason, we will not be reshipping the box.
There are no replacements, returns, or refunds for any of our items or boxes. We do not issue any returns, replacements, and refunds for all final boxes. All our boxes are final sale. No replacements and returns at any time.
Once boxes are dropped off at the post office, we are not liable for it anymore. It is out of our reach and control. Any shipping issues that arise should be dealt with your local post office or USPS.
For now, our website only accepts PayPal. Though we are currently looking into adding more payment methods to our website in the future.
Unfortunately, if you do not receive an email confirmation from our website for a box order then you do not have a confirmed order. All orders must have an email confirmation. If your card is temporarily charged by PayPal but you have not received a confirmation email from our website, then there is no confirmed order. The temporary charge is due to PayPal's system when attempting to place an order during large amounts of traffic. This is PayPal's system. Please understand that your funds will automatically be returned back to you by PayPal within 1-3 business days.
